Iana Binde-Pereira
LMSW
I work with neurodiverse clients with Autism and ADHD, college students, and recent grads navigating a quarter-life crisis. Through virtual therapy, I help clients process trauma, manage stress, and find purpose using art therapy, CBT, and other approaches to support healing, growth, and self-understanding in emerging adulthood.

I specialize in EMDR therapy and helping adults heal from trauma. As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I provide a supportive, evidence-based space to process difficult experiences and create lasting change.
Using EMDR therapy, art therapy techniques, and strengths-based care, I help clients explore unconscious patterns and process difficult experiences. Therapy is a place where you feel safe enough to explore your story without shame and embrace who you are with greater self-compassion. If you're looking for a space where your experiences are met with empathy and respect, I invite you to reach out.
